Green Card for Parents
U.S. immigration law allows certain non-citizens who are family members of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents to become legal permanent residents (obtain a Green Card) based on specific family relationships. If you are a parent of a U.S. citizen (who is 21 years old or older), you may be able to become a legal permanent resident (obtain a Green Card) based on your family relationship, provided you meet certain eligibility requirements.
